oh, goodness. D: At first I thought it was clouds, I was like: "OMGOSH."
And then I found it out it was coming out of the pipe, so then it was just...ughh.

i like how the buildings are kind of dirty looking
but then there's that one white cloud
like a glimmer of hope, maybe?

Ugh So true! I never actually realized that, but once you said it, it's so obvious! D;
Love the shot, sends the message so clearly with that cloud of pollution hanging over the buildings like this.
